From the main menu highlight ARCADE and type 'tacar', 'tbcar', 'tccar', 'tdcar'
then press ENTER then ESC to reveal all 4 hidden cars. Then type 'mrtrk',
press ENTER, then ESC to reveal all tracks including the hidden one. You must
repeat this process for all modes of play (ie championship, time attack).
