Extra Leagues:
To unlock division one go to the main menu and press:

To unlock division two go to the main menu and press:

To unlock division three go to the main menu and press:

R1, R1, L1, R2.
To unlock conference go to the main menu and press:

These cheats will be confirmed with a sound, and the extra divisions
can be found under the english premiership.
